Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you post a property on Property Platform. Please read the relevant section for Sale and Rent.
For Sale

Terms for Property Sale

  • The details and photos you post will be approved by our Verification Team. After successful verification, your property will go live on our website.
  • We will try our best to sell your property through both online and offline efforts. We will provide all information and photos of your property to our clients.
  • You give us full permission to advertise online and offline using your property's information and photos, and you have no objection to this.
  • Brokerage: If the value of your property is above ₹1 Crore or below ₹1 Crore, you agree to pay 2% brokerage to Property Platform upon successful sale.
For Rent

Terms for Property Rent

  • The details and photos you post will be approved by our Verification Team. After successful verification, your property will be live on our website.
  • We will try our best to rent out your property through online and offline efforts, and we will share your property information and photos with other customers who are a good match. You give us full permission for this.
  • We will advertise online and offline using your property details and photos, and we may also share them with potential tenants and owners where required. You have no objection to this.
  • Brokerage: If your property is rented through Property Platform (directly or with our help), you — the property owner — agree to pay one month’s fixed rent as brokerage to Property Platform.

General

  • You confirm that the information and photos you provide are true and lawful, and that you have the right to publish and authorize their use.
  • Property Platform is an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for ownership disputes or legal issues between parties.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
Property Platform may use property details and photos for marketing across online and offline channels to maximize reach and conversions.
